No. It compares your recipe with published ranges and flags anything unusual, like a missing or unreviewed SAP value. It can't certify that a soap is safe, gentle, or legal to sell. Please keep using good practice, your own judgement and, where the law requires it, a qualified assessor.

You can add it with a value from your supplier's certificate of analysis. Until a sourced value is entered and reviewed, Soap Ledger won't calculate lye for it.

Yes, KOH calculations are supported. Some liquid-soap steps (like dilution and neutralising) aren't calculated yet.

Yes. Soap Ledger runs in your browser on phones, tablets and computers. The batch workbench is designed for a phone on the counter.

Yes. Invite them to your workspace and they get their own login. You can choose what each person is allowed to do.

Yes, from their PDF printouts. You review each imported field before it's saved.

Only if you turn it on for your workspace. It's an optional helper for reading hard PDFs, and it's off by default.
